At North Georgia Littles, we take pride in creating and delivering high-quality items for your family. We strive to ship items as fast as possible so you can love them sooner!
- Custom Embroidered Items: All custom embroidered pieces are made to order. We strive to complete and ship these items within 14 business days or less.
- Ready-to-Ship Items: In-stock items will ship the same day or next business day, depending on the time your order is placed.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.
Return Policy
We hope you love your items, but if you do not, we want to make it right.
- Custom Embroidered Items: Due to the personalized nature of these products, all custom embroidered items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
- Non-Custom Items: Items that are not embroidered or personalized may be returned for store credit within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
To initiate a return, please email us at northgalittles@gmail.com with your order details. Once your return is approved, instructions will be provided. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
